Let me humbly present you my newest masterpiece!!
Way of the Wizard is an Online-Manga about the life of a student of thaumaturgy (magic).
It's in its early stages, so I can't tell you much about the story. I don't want to spoil the fun!
The only thing I can tell you is that it will be everything but that which you expect it to be…
The script was provided, but the scenario and characters were free for us to choose.
I decided to use the deliberately nonsensical dialog for an exploration of the human psyche under extreme conditions.
There are a few hints that can tell you what is happening, but I left a lot for the reader to interpret.
Drawn for the first round of the ComicStars Contest. My plan was to make a flashy and visually intriguing action scene.
It's not complete, but I'm not sure if I'll get to finish it.
Alternative title: The Good, the Bad and the Ugly XD
It is the story of an ex-Kendo-ka, whose home and country have been destroyed – not by soldiers or bandits, but by greedy and corrupt politicians, lawyers and business men.
After hitting rock bottom, he manages to stand up and fight them through courage, honor and massive effort, while slowly turning the intoxicated society towards freedom from the ubiquitous, invisible violence and oppression within it. Unfortunately, this concept didn't fit into any publishers program XD.
But I would like to make a web-comic out of it later on.
"Kill the King" is about a Knight who quits the service in the King's Army after realizing how power has turned the once fair and just ruler into a despotic tyrant.
He wanders the land, trying to convince the people that they are not as small and powerless as they think they are.
In essence, one could say that this is intended to be the western equivalent of the eastern "The Water Margin", but with less heroes...

Done for the purpose of website-promotion and easy explanation of the features. It was a very fun job to do, even though the deadline was really tight XD !
Please keep in mind that it was commissioned by a very ambitious group of people, so the text has a lot of advertisement character =D !

The topic it had to deal with was "new". It did pretty well! They don't seem to get stuff of that nature all that often. I also wrote a fancy text as part of the assignment to explain how it relates to the theme. But I don't think that would be very interesting to you XD ! So please enjoy the comic!
